Travel apps for holidays!

Also on vacation the smartphone offers some advantages and here are my favourite travel apps for travelling of all kinds:

Google Maps

Probably the easiest way to find your way with your cell phone. Of course, a good connection and corresponding data volume are required – really? No, you can also use offline maps. Interested? Check my simple tutorial here

Onleihe The app, which also uses the Bremen City Library – super practical for travel guides of all kinds. This presupposes membership of the library and of course goes far beyond travelling. You may check with your local library for similar offers.

With the mentioned travel apps you are prepared for a relaxed start of your vacation. The apps are all free of charge. As always, a good preparation is a mobile phone contract with good international conditions, so that you will not get a bad surprice of your holiday in an unpleasant way after the holiday via your mobile phone costs.

What other travel apps do you find exciting? Write me and I will complete the list here!
